the players that are selected to play on the Travel Teams will be contacted by
November 5th,
all
others will be selected for an in-house team)
Selection
of in-house teams will take place the week of November 7th and all
players should be contacted by the 16th. Any applications received after November 6th will not
be accepted. Winter in-house session
will begin practices in December and will begin game play the first Saturday in
January (7th). All in-house
games will be played on Saturdays at the Middle School gym. Practices will take
place at the elementary school gyms.
Practices and games should last 1 hour. Boys and girls will not play on
the same team. The number of players on
a team, as well as, the number of teams, will be determined by the number of
students registered and the number of volunteer coaches. We prefer to have only 10 players to a team,
but this is only possible if there are enough coaches. In order for the teams to have equal amounts
of talent, we will not honor special requests (ie… to be with a certain coach
or player). Please remember that the in-house league is to sharpen skills and
to have fun . Please feel free to give
anyone interested in playing a copy of this form if they do not already have
one.
